1 1/4 c Sugar
2 1/2 c Flour
1/8 tsp Salt
1 tsp Baking Powder
3 ea Eggs
2 ea Yolks
1 tsp Vanilla
3/4 c Chopped Nuts
3/4 c Whole Nuts
1 c Dried Fruit
Make Loaves 3" x 9"
Bake @ 350* for 25 min
Cool and slice
Bake again @275 for 20 min each side
